Immediateley upon reaching a 7,slowly bring yourself back

down to a 2 by incrementally decreasing the level of

Pretty Simple and straightforward.

Provided you are the one doing all the thrusting.

But what if she wants to be in charge?

WHAT IF SHE IS ON TOP?

How do you keep from completely losing control while your
woman is grinding, pounding and undulating all over you and
getting more and more excited as she nears orgasm?

When those situations arise ( no pun intended)

It’s Time for a Little D&D.

No. D&D does not stand for Dungeons and Dragons. Although,
the inner geek in me loves rpg’s too.

No. D&D stands for Distract and Direct.

The Distract and Direct Method is what I like to call a

D.R.T.

in other words A DIRTY ROTTEN TRICK!

Now its not really a dirty trick, naughty maybe but not

dirty. This particular technique does however belong to a

Here is something you can use right now to get your woman’s
world rocking and your stock rising.

The D&D Technique allows you to influence the level  of

stimulation your woman is giving you while maintaining the

illusion that she is still in control of everything.

This is very useful in any position where the woman is

dominant and controlling the stimulation and you find

yourself moving faster up the arousal scale then you would

like.

The three most common female dominant positions are:

The cowgirl – her on top riding you face to face.

The Reverse Cowgirl – Her on top riding you facing away.

Doggy Style/Rear Entry – this is usually accomplished with

her kneeling or lying with her back to you and you entering

her from behind.

You probably already knew that, but just in case you didn’t

its always a good thing to review.

Let’s move on, shall we?

So when she’s thrusting, grinding and bucking like a sex-
starved broncho in heat, how do you keep control?

Well, you don’t.

Not exactly.

Enter the Distract and Direct Method.

Let me give you a for instance when you can effectively
use this technique.

Imagine for a moment that you and your lovely hot woman
are in the middle of mad, lust-crazed, bed-soaking round
of steamy hot sex.

She gets on top of you and you can feel yourself sliding into
her as she sets her weight on you. She starts undulating and
moving in that way that sexually experienced women do that
just drives men to the point of instantly losing control.

You feel yourself starting slide up the arousal scale,

especially as she gets more and more into what she is doing.
Moving her body in a way that is gradually bringing her

closer and closer to orgasm, and moving you even faster up
the scale.

Before too long you know you are approaching the danger zone.

What do you do?

Simple, you gentley take her by the hips, slide your hands
up the curves of her back, up her shoulders to her neck and
look her in the eyes and say…

“That feels so amazing, you are so good, come here and kiss

me.”

You then gently pull her face to yours and kiss her

passionately.

Start kissing her and slowly take over the thrusting action.

Okay so what just happened?

In that one small example here is what you really just did.

Remember this, when a woman is bringing herself to orgasm
on top of a man there is a very unique position she needs to
be in. If you understand this positional requirement you can
make any woman explode into orgasm even if you are on top and
or barely moving at all.

If you don’t know that top secret sex position. You can be
hung like an elephants trunk, and thrust like a hyper-active
jackhammer and you still won’t make her cum.

By gently guiding her to kiss you you subtely change her

sexual position so that she is no longer getting the same
level of stimulation.

But the position you move her to still allows you to access
her vagina and causes her to simultaneously slow down the
stimulation.

This gives you time to regain control of your own level of
sexual hyper-responsiveness.

Remember the secret twitch? As a woman moves closer to orgasm
her vaginal muscles automatically begin to clench tighter and
tighter. This can be the kiss of death for your highly

aroused penis if you continue to let her continue thrusting

and stimulating you at the speed that she is approaching
climax.

You see women still tend to cum slower than men even if they
are in charge. Thats why you need to make sure that you can
manage her sexual arousal as well as yours.

This technique allows you to do both.

So as you take over the thrusting she is still aroused and
much closer to orgasm than she was when you started. Now you
can change positions, Let her go back to what she was doing,

or any number of variations.

Every time you feel yourself approaching the point of no-

return that would be around a 7 on the sexual arousal scale.

Use the D&D Illusion of Control Method.

It allows you last longer, stay in control and keep things

Your kissing her keeps her distracted and buys you precious
time to recover. It’s sneaky but it really works well.

You can also do this from the Doggy Style position when
you feel your arousal hitting a 7 or more on the scale simply
pull out, turn her around and kiss her, always telling her
