SEXUAL AWARENESS – Mastering Sexual Arousal Part 1

No course on mastering your ejaculatory response is going to work without teaching you first how to become aware of your sexual responses.
After awareness comes, measurement, after measurement comes management.
In the business world they often say:
“If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it”
Totally and completely true.
So lets talk briefly about sexual arousal and begin to create a system for:
A.) Becoming Aware of Our Sexual Sensations
B.) Quantify Our Level of Sexual Arousal
C.) Learning How To Manipulate/Manage That Arousal
Sounds pretty simple and straightforward.
And it is, as long as…
1.) You don’t have any organic/medical issues going on
2.) You can follow instructions
3.) You don’t have any nutritional deficiencies and/or
emotional issues at the root of your P.E.
Why do I bring those up now.
Because I want you to succeed.
The techniques that I am going to teach you in this crash-course work.
but pe and increasing sexual stamina is whole universe unto itself. No crash course can possibly hope to address every concievable cause and/or method for curing P.E.

Let’s get back to today’s lesson…
Stop for a moment, and think about the last time you “came” to soon during sex.
At what point did you realize you were over the edge and you were not going to be able to stop yourself
from ejaculating?
If you are like most guys who suffer from “rapid ejaculation issues” It was probably about 10 seconds before you actually ejaculated.
Yes?
No?
Not Sure?
Well regardless of your answer.
That simply isn’t precise enough information to give you the kind of control over your ejaculation that you are
looking for.
You need a better system. You need to develop a highly accurate way to measure your level of sexual arousal before
it becomes an unmanageable problem. You need to be able to do this throughout the entire sexual encounter.
Period.
Here’s how you do it.
Let’s say for our purposes here that:
Being erect but not at all physically stimulated is equal to a rating of 0.
Now lets say that being stimulated but still definitely in control = 3 on your Sexual Arousal Scale.
Lets say feeling very strong sensations around the tip of your penis and at the base but still being in control is equivalent to a 5 on our Sexual Arousal Scale.
Level 7 is where things start to get a little hairy, (no pun intended).
This is where you start to notice the sensations MORE than you don’t notice them.
A 7 is the stage where you are almost constantly feeling a steady level of sexual sensation and physical arousal in your penis. You haven’treached the point of no-return yet, but you are close.
8 = being even closer to that edge
9 = right on the edge, you are about to pop
10 = BANG! You Explode Into orgasm Like Its The 4th of July!
At stages 7 through 10 things can happen very quickly.
In fact many times the period between going from a 9 to a 10 can be as little as 3 seconds.
Now keep in mind, stage 10 IS the goal during sex but the key difference is that we want to have the power to decide
when we hit the 10 mark instead of having it decided for us.

Managing Sexual Arousal Phase 2

Now that we have a basic arousal scale established inside your mind. You need to get used to identifying and recognizing where you are on that scale at any point in your sexual encounter.
Make Sense?
To do this you have to learn to make some very quick calculations during sex based on what you are percieving
sexually.
Do this…
The next time your having sex ask yourself the following questions.
1.) As you are having sex “If you continued on, doing what you are doing at the same rate and speed, how long
would it take you to reach orgasm and ejaculate
a.) The longer it takes, the lower you are on the arousal scale.
b.) The shorter the interval, the higher you are on the arousal scale and the more careful you have to be.
2.) Rate How Strong The Sensations In Your Penis Are.
a. do they come and go every 10 seconds
b. are they constantly there
c. the more intense and insistent the sensations-the oigher On the scale you are
Okay so we have this nifty sexual arousal scale and How To figure out where on the scale we are…

NOW WHAT?

Well I’m glad you asked
Here’s how to put this stuff to work right away.
The first thing you want to do is calculate on the average about how long it takes you to ejaculate during sex.
Break that up into even time segments.
For example,
if you estimate that it takes you 4 minutes to reach climax.
Assess yourself every.
Assess your status every 30 to 45 seconds.
If you reach climax on an average of ten minutes asses every minute or so.
This constant assessment forces you to “pay attention”
It also gives you a little mental distance from the stimulation thus lowering your level of sexual arousal.
Using this method may sound hard at first but its actually very simple and straight forward.
Now that you are up to speed on how to assess your level of sexual arousal and you understand its importance in
controlling your ejaculatory response .
You are ready to start using it in conjunction with specific techniques and tactics designed to actually
“move you back down” the arousal scale.

In the meantime, practice, practice, practice,
Try masturbating and using the Sexual Arousal Scale to measure where you are at any given time.
Identify the sensations you feel, when you feel them, how consistently and constantly do you feel them. Match that
to what you have learned regarding where it fits on the scale.
